Saudi Mass Production & Localization Partner

Three Steps.
One Accountable
Partner.

We don't sell machine time or generic capacity. We build screened, disciplined production routes — from the first component review to ongoing repeat supply.

Step 01

Localization Review

Before we commit, we screen. Every component opportunity goes through a structured fit assessment — no broad quoting, no guessing, no false starts.

  • Free preliminary review for qualified single-part opportunities
  • Assessment of material, process route, tooling logic, and volume fit
  • Fit / No-Fit / Conditional-Fit decision within 72 business hours
  • Paid detailed review for multi-part studies or complex route analysis
  • Clear next-step recommendation on every screened opportunity

Step 02

Route & Pilot Definition

Once fit is confirmed, we design the production route — the specific sequence of processes, tooling decisions, and pilot logic that gives the component a verified path to repeat production.

  • Route definition: process sequence, machine selection, tooling strategy
  • Tooling and NRE path — separated from piece price, milestone-structured
  • Pilot build with explicit assumptions log and first-article control
  • First Article Inspection (FAI) and approval gate before repeat handoff
  • No repeat production commitment until route is proven

Step 03

Repeat Production

The goal from day one is repeat supply. Once the pilot proves the route, we lock it in and produce with discipline, repeatability, and commercial accountability every cycle.

  • Locked production route — same process, same tooling, every run
  • Commercial accountability on delivery, quality, and communication
  • Named program owner throughout the production lifecycle
  • Volume protection through repeatability — fewer changeovers, more consistency
  • Subassembly and joining capture where applicable

Our No-Bid Rules

Discipline means saying no to the wrong work. These are the categories we decline — not because we can't, but because they don't fit our model.

One-off custom fabrication with no repeat intent

Heavy body-scale automotive structures

Regulated items without proper readiness and licensing

Random service-menu requests outside our process envelope

Capabilities we haven't proven — we don't claim what we can't show
